First, we have implemented a “no questions asked satisfaction guarantee.” This means that if you are not happy with your headcovers, you can return them for a replacement or a full refund, no questions asked. We realize that this is a substantial investment. We want to relieve you of the anxiety of making a wrong decision and having to live with it. Of course, if we can make your purchase right, we appreciate the opportunity to do so. This is an unusual guarantee for a custom made product, but our feeling is that we want you to be delighted with your purchase and would rather lose money than have an unhappy customer. In fact, we are replacing headcovers from the previous owner with no questions asked as well.
